Ein Bokek is a spa resort town near the southern end of the Dead Sea (historically, near Sodom and Gomorrah).
Wadi Bokek is one of three wadis on the western shore of the Dead Sea fed year-round by springs (the other two are at Ein Gedi). When we were there, the stream did not quite reach the Dead Sea, disappearing into the sand about a five-minute hike up the gorge.
